Computer Aided Design (CAD) enables us to work with you to create a piece of jewelry that is truly one of a kind. Custom jewelry has been a part of the Mitchell's Jewelry offering for many years but CAD allows you to "see" the piece and guide us in making it exactly what you want. You can see the progress as we design your jewelry and we can easily show you options so you can be certain it is exactly what you have dreamed it would be. Whether creating a piece of jewelry from your mind's eye or using pieces you have to create something new, CAD makes it yours to love.

Engraving
Personalize your gifts with an engraved message, monogram or special date. Engrave the inside of rings, lockets, watches or charms. Personalize a photo album, trinket box or wine stopper. For an extra special gift, give an engraved wine or champagne bottle with a monogram or special date. Appraisals
Is your jewelry insured? If not, you will need an appraisal to make that happen! We offer complimentary jewelry appraisals for jewelry that comes from us, but we know that you might have jewelry that is inherited or gifted to you that needs an appraisal too. If that’s the case, we have the solution! Each month we bring in an independent jewelry appraiser. Call or e-mail us to schedule your appointment.

 Our GIA Graduate Gemologists/Appraiser has a comprehensive knowledge of diamond and colored stones and is experienced in appraising all categories of fine jewelry. Your detailed appraisal will include accurate measurements and estimated weights of all stones and precious metal. All stones will be graded to GIA standards. Using the latest technology, he can easily distinguish between lab grown and natural gemstones. Photographs of appraised items are included. An "Estimated Replacement Value" appraisal is for insurance purposes. A "Fair Market Value" appraisal is recommended for estate planning and fair distribution.

Diamond Trade Up Guarantee
If at any time you would like to upgrade and trade in your diamond purchased from us, we will gladly apply the purchase price of your diamond toward a larger diamond.

Jewelry Repair
Having our jewelers on premise allows us to provide the prompt repair service you have come to expect from Mitchell's Jewelry. Jay Hasenbeck has been with us since 1990 and is a graduate of the Gemological Institute of America receiving a degree in Gemology including a Diamond Certificate, Colored Stone Certificate, Pearl Certificate and a Colored Stone Grading Certificate. Chance Cox joined us in 2018 after receiving his certification as a bench jeweler and his certification in CAD design and jewelry repair from The Texas Institute of Jewelry Technology.
