I want to thank you for all the very memorable experience I had with you
and your employees. To say the least your well-trained knowledgeable
employees made the process very easy and a pleasurable process. Buying
an engagement ring can sometimes be a nerve racking time in a man’s
life. I came into the store knowing nothing about buying a diamond.
Ryan took the time out to
explain to me what I should be looking for in a diamond. He helped clear
my confusion that had been building since my buying process started a
few weeks earlier. With the knowledge I gained from Ryan I had no doubt
what kind of diamond I wanted to purchase. Ryan showed me all the
diamonds you had in the cut I was looking for and I still had not seen
the stone that was right for me. Ryan told me of the upcoming annual
trip to Antwerp, Belgium and asked if Mitchell’s could hand pick a stone
and bring it back for me. I was impress that your store would spend the
time while overseas to find the perfect stone for me.
I returned to the store a few
weeks later and Ryan had the diamond put aside for me so that I could
see it before anyone else had a chance to view it. It was exactly what I
was looking for. I loved the fact that after finding the diamond, Ryan
had it put into the setting I had picked out and had the ring ready for
delivery in just a couple of days. Needless to say, the ring was a big
hit with my fiancée. I owe Ryan a big thank you for all his hard work
ensuring that the ring was just exactly what I wanted.

I decided in March 2006 that I was going to ask my long time girlfriend

It has been months since we purchased our Antwerp diamond and engagement
ring, but I wanted to let you know how truly excited and satisfied we
are with it. There is a part of us that would love to keep Mitchell’s
